Ama Groza

Veterinary Surgeon

Ama Groza - Veterinary Surgeon
Ama Groza MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon

I have relocated to the UK in 2010, after graduating in 2004 from the Veterinary University of Tmisoara, Romania.

In 2024 I celebrated 20 years since being a vet, and looking back, I realised that I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to try many areas of being a small animal vet:
I worked as a general practitioner, teaching hands on classes for vet graduates, emergency hospital vet, I even trained intensely abroad into exotic pet medicine and surgery.

I work with Highcliff vets since March 2025 but I already live in Suffolk for 12 years now, with my husband, James, and my son.
We are the happy owners of 2 pet chickens, 3 guinea pigs, couple of fish tanks, a rescued Australian tree frog and of course Spic, our German Pointer, who makes sure all the guests get the most welcoming welcome.

I hope that I'll be able to work until a very old age, because I don't imagine my life without my profession as an active part in it.

Looking forward to meet your pet/s.
