Our COVID 19 Update

With the easing of national restrictions from 19th July Highliff, until further notice, will continue  with a cautious approach.  This is with the aim of providing maximum protection possible  for both clients and staff.  

• We will continue to work as we have been doing in recent months.
• Clients will be allowed in the surgeries if they wear a mask.
• If clients do not wish to wear a mask, clients will be met outside and their pets will be brought in by a member of staff.
• Medication collection will continue unchanged.

We all hope that we will be able to feel more comfortable with being able to return to pre-Covid days before too long.  With the uncertainty around us we at Highcliff believe that now is not the time.
